Red Onion

Cut your baguette in half and spread with green pesto – I have this lovely one sent to me by Roza’s who have been producing beautiful products for 20 years and this pesto is my new fave!! Preservative free and super fresh this is a perfect base for my fave sandwich!
Put your roast chicken on top with your slivers of red onion and grated cheese – pop under the grill until bubbling and enjoy!
Add a cheeky chunk of pineapple if you fancy too!!
