I love Banh Mi! I think I have found one of the best South Melbourne has to offer! In a little shop front in the South Melbourne Market food court you can find jacket potatoes, gourmet sausage, sushi and a little banh mi!
So no pate but apart from that it is pretty good! Tasty, succulent pork – Bit light on the char sui. Super fresh carrot, coriander, spring onions and a fabulously crusty baguette. A touch more chilli would suit me but overall a damn good version of this wonderful Vietnamese treat.
