Healthy Breakfast Slice
Ingredients;
2 cups rolled oats
Two tubs of apple purée
Good pinch of salt
2 ripe bananas
Handful of pitted dates
Handful of walnuts
Purée your bananas and then mix in remaining ingredients then pour into a square tin 20cm by 20cm.
Baked at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
You can switch the dates and walnuts for any sort of dried fruits and nuts. Cranberries, almonds, hazelnuts, apricots and cashews work well too.
