The California Classic Burger with fresh beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, pink mayo and ketchup – PERFECTION!!! I loved it. It had travelled well and had a little nuke to warm him up but the bun was a winner and held really well, good patty, nice flavour and not too big, fresh nice salad in just the right amounts, excellent melting of cheese and 10 / 10 for saucing!
Now usually we would both be classics all the way but we were tempted by Compton! The Compton Burger with spicy crumbed and fried chicken breast, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, BBQ and hot sauce. Good buns again (love good buns!!) chicken was good quality and tasted great with plenty of good crisp lettuce and that hot sauce made it for me! With a side of fries we were full and happy and didn’t even leave the couch – thank goodness I had done my 10,000 steps!!!
